Hi everyone, thank you all of your messages. I've just taken a break from writing Creatures of the Deep so that I could read them with Marvin - our new puppy.
Marvin's 4 months old and he's a miniature dachshund... he's very bouncy and lots of fun.
On Sunday we took him to Talacre and he had a great time running on the sand and splashing in the water so I'm sure that we'll be going there quite a lot. 
Marvin was interested to hear all of your messages and he has decided that he would me to read Dog Man - The Scarlet Shedder, by Dav Pilkey to him because Ezra says that it's his favourite book.
When we got back home he had a bath and then curled up on the arm of the sofa for a nap. He loves napping.

Hi Harper, it's great to hear from you again. It's good to hear that you are still reading Harry Potter. Some people give up when they are reading a big book so it is good to know that you are still reading it. I hope you enjoy it. It is quite a long time since I read those.
DeleteI bet those Lego sets are really good. I used to have a lot of Lego when I was your age - and quite a bit older, but I don't have any now. My brother buys Lego sets and really enjoys working on them. I don't think I would have enough time left in the day. Bicky and I enjoyed playing the Lego Pirates of the Caribbean on the wii and we will probably play that again (when Marvin calms down a bit :-) )

DeleteI have been thinking what book you might enjoy after reading Mr Stink... I'm going to suggest My Babysitter is a Robot, by Dave Cousins. It came out a few years ago but you can still get it in the library - and there are more books in the series if you enjoy it.

Wow! That is good news Vogue... I hope that you enjoyed it (I'm sure that you did). I will have a little think and recommend a few books that you might like to try. I will do that later today though as right now I have to read through the first two Dinosaur Heroes books to see if there are any mistakes - and then they will be going to the printers to be make into propper books. I've also got to finish writing book four.
